Zillow Rentals Reviews

Not always user friendly. When searching for a house or an apartment often I encounter a problem with a screen showing no homes or apartments. No little green or blue circles indicating where there is rentals available. Sometimes it works but mostly dose not work.

I Just got the app, and everything was going great at first. Then it asked me to rate it. But right after I did, it stopped working!!!! Not sure of what happened.

Made it possible to rent a property. It seems I can pay the property owner directly. The only problem is I applied on hotpads & had to re apply Zillow. If I get the property, it will all be worth it. Seemless process.

I believe Zillow could improve your app by actually implementing the filters of specifications one enters so as to not waste peoples time by having to scroll for ages through homes that in no way are what one is searching for. Time is money and I’ve wasted so much of it trying to search for the right home for us on this app.

What happened to the commute filter that allow you to draw an area of search based on the estimated commuting distance to an address of your choice?

I am actively looking to move to a different state and it’s hard to shop for housing in that way and I’ve come to find that a lot of these sites keep houses on the market way after they’ve already been rented out or sold. If anyone’s really interested in making a good app good app whoever is responsible for the app should be aware of stuff like this happening

Ghost notifications

Even though I have notifications off, they still keep coming. Good way to have an app deleted from my phone.
