I give the mobile app 3 stars because there seem to be features that can’t be done on mobile, like applications. Wish all could be done in app.

Cannot load leads and messages on the app. It’s broken.

The first time I put in my listing I had several inquiries and answered them all. I got back requests for viewing times and showed them all. The second time, this year, that I posted my unit for rent I also got several inquiries and I answered them all but, this time I never got one response back to ask for a time to view the unit. I’m wondering if there is something that went wrong with the settings when I cancelled the listing the first time.

I’ve used this site for three properties and found tenants through them within 48 hours. It’s very user friendly and prospective tenants use it as their top site from what I’ve heard and experienced.

Fantastic tool for managing property. Since paid applications rolled out less info available on prospective tenants without the paid service. But still well worth using.

It would be great if the app could automatically log activities when I respond to an inquiry in the app I.e. write and email or make a phone call, I should log a date and time when that happens and give me a space to add comments. Also, I hav this app downloaded on two phone and an iPad and it does not sync my notes across devices.
