Great concept, horrible execution

The whole Zillow concept is awesome but this app is terrible, their websites are terrible, their entire integration is pathetic. They have got a lot of work to do still!

The service is terribly inaccurate and very limited for help to landlords and tenants alike. I’ve tried endlessly to resolve issues with Zillow to get yet another incompetent and limited response from someone who understands about as much as my seven year old. I don’t get it!! And I’m frustrated!! Time to go backwards technologically to actually achieve practical goals because this website is useless and only feeds off those who attempt to use it.

This app is horrible!!! Glitches, incorrect time stamps on leads, complete lack of response to issues, and sluggish at best. Can’t stand it!!!!

The leads randomly disappear from the queue and don’t match those listed on the website version. However the website version doesn’t have the same information provided in the app or the email. So, instead of having clear and concise leads, you have to look in three places to get all the information. Poorly designed and thought out.

Whenever I opened this app, it just disappeared within 5 seconds. THE worst app that I have had. It should receive zero star.

I like having all my rentals in one place but I wish that I could send applications through the app. This was my main reason for getting it and was surprised and disappointed that it doesn’t have that feature.
