Inbox functionality

When I reply to a message, my response doesn’t display as a tread. So if I have a lot of messages I don’t know who I responded to and who I didn’t
I wish the app we're as easy as the desktop version!

App seems convenient for contact info only - unless I'm missing something, it isn't possible to read applicant comments without referring to email or invite potential tenants to fill out background and credit checks. Please make the app a one-stop shop for the landlord - thanks!

App would provide accurate information if they allowed property managers to report actual rents receive to Zillow. Rent estimate provided by Zillow is off by 13%.

Need more polished app experience

I like the basic features the Zillow rental manager app provides. It would be really good to provide a feature where landlord can respond to the request for interested parties, I miss this feature badly hence 3 star. Also provide options to schedule showings and calendar view.

Super easy to manage the listing via the app. What would make it better would be to incorporate the landlord tools (namely application processing, like to invite someone to apply from the direct message inbox).

Over all the app is easy to use. However the map feature places the house in the wrong place, wrong street, with no way to correct it.
