Saved searches gone!

Love the app, have been using it for a few years but all of a sudden, all of may saved searches are GONE! Very frustrating.

Excellent starting point for potential buyers. Unfortunately I found multiple instances of the data provided as being inaccurate or misleading. That’s not surprising since realtors n local authorities are not required to be honest or strait forward in real estate transactions not to mention, they are financially motivated to deceive the public/potential buyers. That said, the novice home buyer can gain a priceless understanding of finance as it pertains to home ownership, an asset worth investing in for long term security
Saved searches disappeared

Saved searches disappeared. No ability to search or review properties on price per square foot basis. Redfin doesn’t have these issues!
So Frustrating!!!

They have so many different formats across their apps and online site it’s tough to find anything or use the app. The information and notifications are rarely up to date or timely. Customer service is nonexistent. they advertise a service, but then have no cohesive way to maintain a rental listing. I rarely have access to my desktop and it would be really nice to have the option of accessing their full online site through my mobile browser.
