Excellent starting point for potential buyers. Unfortunately I found multiple instances of the data provided as being inaccurate or misleading. That’s not surprising since realtors n local authorities are not required to be honest or strait forward in real estate transactions not to mention, they are financially motivated to deceive the public/potential buyers. That said, the novice home buyer can gain a priceless understanding of finance as it pertains to home ownership, an asset worth investing in for long term security
