Zestimate is completely useless and misleading, often wrong by over a hundred thousand dollars! They know this but refuse to fix it, so I can't recommend this app to anyone until the information it provides is more accurate

Love this app, always works seamlessly and flawless! Must use app on iPhone for home searching or even if you're just trying to gauge a certain real estate market. Hope I can work for them one day!

This app is terrible. I have reported the same issues over and over to customer support and they just respond and say they are working on it. I have saved searches that will report a new listing, and it turns out it's the same listing it has reported a dozen times. I look at it, a day later it reports it as new. I had a home show up under my name all of a sudden saying I owned it. The app won't let me delete it, and customer service told me in July they would delete it. Two months later, still there. I'm going back to realtor.com

Love this app! It's allowed me to explore different neighborhoods to see what size houses are there and the typical price per square foot. It's made it easy to keep an eye on the market and wait for the right house!

I do love looking at the pictures! I think the pictures need captions. There does not need to be doubles of the pictures! In multiple building sales, I want to know which building I'm looking at! I would like to see a floor plan too and a plot plan. In the ranches, when I look at the birds eye view, I want to see where the property is! I only want to look homes on a river or an active creek. Even though I see pictures of the river I sometimes think there is a street between the property and the river. So irritating! And don't ask for my phone number unless I want you to call me! Update! Still agree with the above and more! When i have deleted a home because i dont like it it keeps coming back! If i delete it stop putting it back! I want my saved home those that i have approved of! Also if i say beach front, that is all i want. No marsh front, no canal front. Make my filters important! When i get a new house message, mark it as a new one! Sometimes i cant find it!
