I fill out criteria I am looking for and you send me that AND a BUNCH of extras that do not fall anywhere close to my criteria. I receive notifications on the app on my phone - it may say 8- implying that there are 8 new listings in my saved searches- I open the app and MAYBE there are 4.

I recently claimed my home and listed it for rent on this app. After, the site did not list/register me as the owner but left my home up for rent. Because of this, I cannot remove the rental ad. People keep contacting me and coming to my residence to ask for a viewing. It is extremely annoying and Zillow customer service has yet to contact me with a resolution. The security of my home has been compromised because of Zillow. Do not use this app for renting, there are too many glitches and bugs to make it a reliable option.
