Don’t waste your money

I subscribed last fall .... used for 2 iPhones only... when I recently tried to add my iPad it said I’m using 5 devices which I’m not. All I want to do is unsubscribe snd they’re giving me a hard time ! Why don’t they just let you unsubscribe?

It seems that in the past 18 months there has been two long periods of ~3 months each when the zenmate app is messing up. Frequent mess ups used to be the Mac computer app. Now my iPhone has abruptly stopped connecting to the internet since 6/28/2018. After ~ 1&3/4 hours with AppleCare including reinstalling 3 times I felt lucky to be able to kill the app in order to access the net and ITunes. SO STILL NOT WORKING. Zenmate needs a kill button and needs to work. Been thinking of having two VPNS to cover contingencies but isn’t that ridiculous? I’ve been thru everything with Zenmate the very good and the very bad over 3+ years. It’s never gonna be invisible because things go awry inevitably. Are other VPNS like this? 7/21/18 I stopped using the iPhone version my phone won’t connect to the WiFi or LTE with the ZEnMate app. Period. I just spent 3 hours with Apple and reinstalled the os twice My phone worked faster to connect to the internet but still would not connect with ZenMate running. The VPN doesn’t work on my 2017 MacBook Pro either It continues to work but with some connectivity issues irregularly on a google chrome book. NordVPN IS looking likely soon with out better svc Sept 14, 3018 update I haven’t been able to use my Zenmate subscription in over 6 months. I trying again . I find that Zenmate will not upgrade me to openVPN with a “Premium “ subscription. They told me in support that I qualified when I last communicated with them. Somethings not right with this company. Very erratic over the 5 - 7 years that I have used Zenmate with excellent performance to then unusable for long periods Sept 15, 2018 I don’t recommend this VPN even though I’ve had it for 5 - 7 years. The company lied to me about upgrading to open VPN. Overall the Zenmate VPN only works about 6 months a year over the years I have paid for it

Application have many problems ! When i want to connect to a server it waste my time for about 3-4 minutes to load Servers , and it disconnected more than other free apps ! and other thing is : this app didnt update and fixes these bugs for 1 year ! I wasted my money for trash App

It is surprising that the service does not have service in India though a number of nonresident Indians use VPN to view the program is it India.
iPhone X optimization finally!!

Thank goodness for iPhone X optimizations finally. Runs much faster now. There are still some bugs im encountering such as tapping on certain things in settings and the app will crash. I also see “Eversecure” and there is nothing explaining what that feature does before I enable it.
