Really is Zero...Chaos

As a freelancer, I deal with many different payroll companies and BY FAR, the ZeroChaos app makes getting paid a breeze instead of a hassle. I can fill out my timesheets right on my iPad before I forget, and get PAID on time! They get it, we live in the mobile device/tech age now.

This app/system automatically rounds hours up/down depending on the time entered, which results in loss of hours and pay. ????

I keep getting this error and it prevents me from logging in. "We're sorry, but something went wrong. We've been notified about this issue and we'll take a look at it shortly." 1 star until this naggy error gets resolved.

I needed to download this App for my job assignment. Since I've never been too techie oriented I was a little reluctant. But after installing it and setting it up, the App works great. Very fast and reliable in getting me the info I need. One possible shortcoming is if you need to make changes to your account, you need to call Customer Service directly. But then again, it may be a security issue, which I'm ok with.

Having to enter your time using drop down menus is so annoying and frustrating!!!! No less than 4 drop down selections PER entry - so clocking in and out with 1 lunch break is 3 entries in a day, the more breaks in your day the more stupid, annoying drop down selections. Typing entries into text fields would be faster! ZC needs to get with the times and use a clock in / clock out button and / or touch recognition to clock in / out.
