App opens, shows login page for less than a second and then flashes black & sends me back to the home screen page I was on. App is still running in the background. Force closing does nothing. Just crashes over and over.
Well it might be ok if it would stop crashing, having to delete , then having to download again and again and again and again........
Last weeks “minor updates” has made the app entirely unstable. Each update over the last year continues to make the app worse. It took 45 minutes to redo my timecard that I had saved online on Thursday only to have everything that was done online be eaten. Oh I had logged back in online on Thursday, and it was all there. Friday when I came to the app, part was showing. This should have taken only 5 minutes. The app crashed after every submission requiring full login after each entry. 15 logins for 1 time sheet! So archaic! And having to do all the unnecessary clicks to get to the point of being able to input! Entirely a waste of time and very frustrating. I wish I could give it NO Stars! Touch Login has been broken since the update 2 times ago, requiring password each time. Since update 14.0, the app has been unstable and is really frustrating! The link to give app developers feedback is a joke. It’s a generic link for vendors. Over the last year, the app has consistently gotten worse. It used to be so easy and intuitive but they managed to make the app almost as clunky and difficult as the website. My favorite “improvement” is that the have the “submit” button in the exact same place as the “save” button with the same color background on a different sheets. Who is testing and thinking about this stuff. Probably someone who does not use it!!! They should really test these updates with real employees before they “make improvements”. I wonder what they’ll break or make worse with the next update? Or is this going to just stop working entirely and be removed by Apple...
Used this app a few times, works reasonably well as long as Enable TouchID is NOT enabled. I’m on an iPhone X and it was using FaceID for a little while but after updating to latest version (17.3), I get the login screen but I can’t do anything on the screen. Since I’ve had trouble before using this app with TouchID enabled on my iPhone X, I uninstalled then reinstalled the app but never enabling TouchID again.
This app either locks up or closes immediately after opening on my iPhone XR. Unless or until this issue is resolved the app is useless to me. I will just continue to use the desktop version.
Almost no functionality of the web site. UX is very bad and user unfriendly. I submitted a time sheet, it still shows open in the app. Looks like one could do lots of damage (security breaches) by entering one thing on the web site, submitting it, and then reopening in the app and adjusting numbers. Also, iPhone 11 Pro, the app is offering Touch ID hahahahaha. I guess the app hasn’t been updated in several years. Way overdue
The app does not open even after I uninstalled and reinstalled, the app will not open
I can’t get any information if any benefits I have through my company I work for. The app is up to date in my phone.
Every time I attempt to log in it sends me to the Password Reset page. I have reset my password and it still does it every time. Completely useless.
Can’t login - the TouchID/FaceID causes the app to crash. This has been happening for over a year with zero progress by Workforce Logiq. Somehow their app is worse than their web interface, I’ve been encouraging my employer to drop Workforce Logiq the past few weeks and it seems to be working. Update 10/14/19 - Still crashing upon TouchID, useless devs
