Crashes as soon as I open it

The app has been crashing as soon as I open it for the last month. It forces itself to close upon opening. Please develop a bug fix. The app is unusable at this point.

Not working, each time I open it it crashed. I tried to reinstall nothing changed.
Touch ID Bug/Create Face ID

I just downloaded it because of my new job, that I still have yet to start. I have an iPhone X. I thought if I set Touch ID on it would transfer over to the Face ID. Instead it glitches to the point that if I’ve force closed it, then try to open, it would open for two seconds then closed again. Had to delete it and re-download it again to try it. After a couple times of redownloading, I finally realized it was the Touch ID thing. So I can use it, just have to find the saved password, first. (Which doesn’t help that the app is Workforce Logiq, yet the website is ZeroChaos.) If you could fix this, and put a Face ID feature, that’d be great!
Never works

This app every time just quits out, from the last two updates still happens, support both times he said yea yea we have a fix coming soon. WHERE IS IT!!
No link to update

When I attempted to log in from my iPad (same device I used last week) I was notified that update was available. Clicked ok, app closed. 1: unable to continue to run without update 2: no link to the update 3: not listed in my apps to update I had to search for the app, select it and only then was I prompted for the update.

I love the app when it works. Unfortunately, it does not work 90% of the time. I get a flash of a login screen and then it crashes. If you are going to provide an app, do the necessary testing and maintenance to keep it working as expected. Otherwise, just shut it down.
Unusable with FaceID

App would crash as soon as I enable “Touch ID” on iPhone X R. Had to reinstall to be able to log in and submit time. Timesheet creation isn’t really very intuitive. I prefer to just use my PC
FIX FACE ID ALREADY!

Can’t login - the TouchID/FaceID causes the app to crash. This has been happening for over a year with zero progress by Workforce Logiq. Somehow their app is worse than their web interface, I’ve been encouraging my employer to drop Workforce Logiq the past few weeks and it seems to be working.
