I designed a shirt, ordered 2 of them and had my card hit for preauthorisation 3 separate times over the course of two days. I’ve cancelled the order... that took me 2 phone calls where i was on hold for over 30 minutes each time. the customer service rep could not explain why funds were held from my card 3 separate times. I still have almost 150 bucks in my account right now that i can’t access thanks to zazzle and i’m not sure if the headache is even over because the rep said it could be 5-7 days for the preauthorisation to be dropped! I’m super angry.

I was a little worried using this website after I received my wedding invitations RSVPs and save the dates I was very impressed with the quality of the invitations that I received definitely will be using this website again for business and for personal will let you know how my business cards came out that I ordered for my company as well stay tuned.

Unreliable, frustrating App

App bombs over and over. I’ve been trying to order a shirt I customized myself and the app keeps crapping out at checkout. Incredibly frustrating.

Not happy

I'm a picky person.

I ordered something through the app and it hasn’t arrived in over 2 weeks. They promised abs promised and send multiple ETAs to no avail. That’s wrong. I’m not happy at all.

Good for magnets, totes, etc

I designed some totes! One tote color was slightly darker than it appeared on the site. Yet, it was not enough to cause me not to use the site again. In fact, it actually worked out well with the picture I used! Also, I have enjoyed designing magnets. Wish there were some addition font options. However, I have loved the magnets I have received.

I’ve purchased everything from my daughter’s wedding invitations to my daughter-in-laws baby shower and everything in between, including the invitations to my sons’ graduation invites and have never been anything less than 100% THRILLED!

I much prefer the app on my desktop. It would be better if the features and usability was similar between desktop and mobile.

I have order from here two times and both times I have been very satisfied. My first order had gotten damaged by the mail and they reprinted over 50 invitations and when they were ready they overnighted them to me with no extra charge! Me second order I got a Groupon and designed myself and I love them.

Cards are wonderful-App, Terrible!

I used to buy all my cards from Zazzle but since they changed the app I can no longer personalize them without great difficulty. The old app was so much easier to use. I find myself just giving up most of the time ?
