If I could give this app 0 stars I would. Everytime I try to correct my wedding invitations it goes back to the original mistake I made. I HATE this app. Now I have to wait ANOTHER 3 days to get $200.00 refunded.

I created an account. I designed & ordered plates from PLdesign. It said my order is being created. My money is deducted from my account. POOF my account is gone. I try to login & repeat error & please sign in with correct email. It was correct because my phone saves my email & passwords. Also, I never received a confirmation email for my purchase, but it's definitely on my bank statement. I created ANOTHER account using the SAME email & it lets me, BUT NO record of an order.
Awful - get vista print instead

Not easy to use & incredibly frustrating! I wanted to make business cards but the app has no filters except for range of price to narrow down the design options for cards. There was over 100,000 design options & no way to filter out the styles I don’t want .... really? I have to go through every singe design to find one I want? No Thanks - do yourself a favor download vista print

The app is ok , I used it to make business cards. I liked using the website on a computer it’s easier to edit or create a design. The design I chose came out smaller than I wanted it. The cards I received look a little used. I’m assuming whoever handled these cards didn’t handle them with care, some of the corners and edges are bent and have scratch marks on them. There’s some cards that have white spots from the printer. I don’t think I can even present these cards anywhere. Going to figure out if I can return them or I’ll probably just order somewhere else. My total was $30 thank god it didn’t cost me more. *Update* I emailed Zazzle and no response. I keep trying to submit a review on their app and it will not let me. I’m giving them 1 star so that’s probably why it won’t let me submit my review... don’t order from this website!!

Easy to customize endless items. I have never seen so many items, from mugs ti lamps, duvet covers, rugs, watches, cards even custom notebooks!!! This is way way handy.

I’ve been using Zazzle for a while now but just downloaded the app recently. I love getting their alerts on my phone because I always seem to miss out when their invitations go on sale. Getting their alerts is a great way to stay in the loop. They also have exclusive deals just for app customers which is a great bonus! They’ve always come through for me. Great printing, fast shipping and if you have any issues customer service will help you out. Can’t wait to make more stuff!
Great items but the app needs work

The items I’ve ordered through Zazzle are all great. My only issue is with the app. When I try to delete my notifications in the app, a message appears at the top of the screen saying there’s an error. It’s been like that for a while now.
