AWFUL TECH SUPPORT!

I’ve written them 3 times since August 9th and have received no response whatsoever. They say you’ll be contacted within 1-2 days, but I’ve heard nothing. When I first started using this app, it was my favorite survey app. It was awesome. Lately, there have been periods of 2 days at a time where I have received no compensation for surveys taken, or for surveys I don’t qualify for... other times, the app will work for an hour or two, then, again, for the next few hours, I get no compensation for any work I’ve done. When I’ve had problems with other survey sites or apps, oftentimes I receive a response from them within a matter of minutes after contacting them, and I receive compensation due me 30 minutes later and an assurance that my problem has been taken care of. Zap surveys has the absolute worst tech support/customer service I have ever seen. If this continues, I will be forced to contact the BBB. Fortunately, I’ve only had to do that once before, with a different survey app. They (the BBB) are very quick to respond to problems and resolve issues on your behalf (in case anyone else is having problems). Since 8/16, all they’ll credit me for is for checking in each day, even though I’ve taken several surveys and have not qualified for dozens more. This app is awful. Even though they say they’ll respond within 1-2 days when you contact them, I’ve been waiting since August 9th, and still have received no correspondence from them whatsoever! Terrible tech support, terrible customer service!

It’s been my second payout and I really enjoyed the app for a little extra cash. It’s only cents but it adds up quick. I even got quite a bit for my location.

It takes too long to get to $25 in order to cashout. Half of the surveys don’t even pay the full amount they say they will. $10 is a fair enough cashout minimum to me

I cashed out 8/16 and received payment on 8/19! Pretty surprised they sent it after reading all the reviews. I’ve cashed out before a while ago and it took the same amount of days to receive payment. Maybe it’s the state or wherever you guys are located but i have had absolutely no problems with this app. Those that have issues should try Surveys on the Go they cash you out instantly! 10$ is the limit then you can cash out only thing is the surveys are literally every once in a while. So always pay attention to the notifications. Otherwise wish everyone the best of luc on these apps!

I cashed out over a month ago & haven’t seen a penny since. You also only earn 1-5 cent a day ! If you are looking for an app that’s true to their word, this is not it !! AT ALL

You never know when the actual survey starts. It said ‘start survey’ and I clicked on it. Spend about 5 min filling out the questions and it say something like ‘you’re qualified start the survey’. So I go through answering more questions for about 10 minutes just for it to say that I’m qualified again and can start the survey. I kept doing that to me for almost an hour until I finally gave up. Just going to delete this stupid app.

At first I didn’t trust it, but then when I cash it out for 25$ on amazon gift card. It took 2 days to be send to my email I am satisfied with this ??❤️

I have only had this app a couple days and I know it will not make me rich but it will allow me to spend some money I didn’t have before I installed the app. Keep up the good work!!!

I just cashed out! Took a little while and most surveys ask the same thing before getting to the real survey but it was worth it! I’ll continue to use
