I cashed out my first time $25 and now I did my second time on the 23rd for $28 and I still have not received my cash out to my Pay pal and no one will respond to me

Very good it’s not bad it’s been 8 days and I already made $15 so by the end of the week I’ll probably make $20 it’s a good app u just gotta keep going to the app and sound surveys. Most of the surveys don’t allow u to do them but they do give u 2 cents for each survey u couldn’t do and that adds up to a lot in the end. I’m giving it a 4 star review because it’s not a bad app u just need a lot of patience for it honestly it seemed like weeks that I’ve been on this app but turns out it was only one week and I’ve bought so many things with it that I couldn’t afford. I would save up to like $60 and buy outfits and stuff with it. And made me save sooo much cash cuz I wasn’t spending any I only spend the money I earn on this app.

They do not honor their cash outs and then when you write customer support no one responds I’ve been waiting almost a week for my money

I love the app I use it everyday only thing I wish changed was the amount of money you get for surveys but its still a pretty awesome app that I’ve noticed is better than a lot of the other survey apps around because they actually have surveys all the time...keep up the great work Zap Surveys and if you can please raise the amount of payouts per survey it would be great thanks for the opportunities to make money!

*** Third update ::: Cashed out of 07/29. Now it is 08/19. STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY CASHOUT IN PAYPAL. That is 21 days! They have not responded to any of my messages sent to the email they have me, also send messages from their app, per the developer response instructions and going to their webpage. No cash and no contact. Fraud as they are selling the info I give them access to and not giving back with they promise. ** Another update::: I cashed out on 07/29. Today is 08/12. STILL NOTHING IN MY PAYPAL! I have sent 7 e-mails and NO response. How do we go about reporting this company? Obviously something is wrong with them and now it is a scam!! * Update to my review to developer that responded: It has been 12 days since I cashed out. No payment. Do not tell me congratulations on cashing out when you haven’t even paid me!! ALSO I HAVE been trying to contact you, 4 attempts in the 12 days and NO response! Never had any issues cashing over previously. Processed a cash out for PayPal over 8 days ago. Not holidays or anything and have sent two emails on different days and no response. It has never taken so long before and from all the recent reviews it appears to be a common issue now.
