Not only does it take forever to gain the amount to cash out but it also does not pay u sometimes when the survey kicks you out or says your disqualified it sucke especially when you take the time to answer the questions and half way through it your disqualified u should at least get part of the reward for the time u put into it

Very easy to use app seems legitimate. Haven’t cashed out yet but the app does give u multiple ways to earn. Excellent app to my knowledge.

It’s a fun way to make money but it takes forever to actually earn anything. The tasks offered only allow you to make .02 cents or .34 cents for 1 to 25 minute surveys

I’ve written them 3 times since August 9th and have received no response whatsoever. They say you’ll be contacted within 1-2 days, but I’ve heard nothing. When I first started using this app, it was my favorite survey app. It was awesome. Lately, there have been periods of 2 days at a time where I have received no compensation for surveys taken, or for surveys I don’t qualify for... other times, the app will work for an hour or two, then, again, for the next few hours, I get no compensation for any work I’ve done. When I’ve had problems with other survey sites or apps, oftentimes I receive a response from them within a matter of minutes after contacting them, and I receive compensation due me 30 minutes later and an assurance that my problem has been taken care of. Zap surveys has the absolute worst tech support/customer service I have ever seen. If this continues, I will be forced to contact the BBB. Fortunately, I’ve only had to do that once before, with a different survey app. They (the BBB) are very quick to respond to problems and resolve issues on your behalf (in case anyone else is having problems). Since 8/16, all they’ll credit me for is for checking in each day, even though I’ve taken several surveys and have not qualified for dozens more. This app is awful. Even though they say they’ll respond within 1-2 days when you contact them, I’ve been waiting since August 9th, and still have received no correspondence from them whatsoever! Terrible tech support, terrible customer service! UPDATE: I was finally contacted by a representative of Zap Surveys and the problems I had been having with the app had been resolved FOR THE MOST PART. when I logged onto the app both Saturday and Sunday, they were having technical problems on their end. They said to try again in a few minutes. These tech problems went on for over 2 hours each day, but once they were resolved, the app was working fine and I was credited for everything I was supposed to get credit for. I increased my rating to 2 stars ⭐️⭐️. We’ll see how long the app keeps working. I will return every 2 weeks with an update. Each time, if I’ve experienced no problems, I will increase my rating by adding another star. For now, let’s say I’m skeptically optimistic.

Surveys are too long. It says it only takes about 10-15mins that’s a lie. It take more than 30mins for a survey that will only pay 50 cents !
Maybe geared more for older adults?
