Seems like many bugs in the software... always need to re-install the software EXTREMELY disappointed with the service/app

With my internet speed of 150 mbps, Netflix youtub espn and all other streaming apps work with out any buffering. ONLY APP THAT BUFFERS IS YUPPI OR SHOULD I CALL YUKKS.

The yupptv app is the worst one every day . I have to uninstall and reinstall the app for watching any channel. Every day uninstall and reinstall is frustrating. Also with out notice removed Asia net channel from yupptv.
Misleading and phony service

Playing ads on every click even for users who made yearly subscription. It doesn’t make sense to have ads when we are paying for the service. Request apple to review the app & remove it from App Store !!!
Pay per view is a big scam

They got the money deducted from my iTunes and I never received the link to confirm location and play the movie and they created a ticket for my refund and closed the ticket with out even refunding my money back and worlds worst customer service kept me on line for hours and still no response

Simple search or profile setting doesn’t work with language I preferred. If I select Tamil language, you guys display all mixed videos. And not sure why do you display ad for paid service??? Long way to go...

Why are there ads if we’ve already paid for the service?! Why does the app sign out every time that it is opened? Why don’t you store the channels that are watched everyday so you don’t have to go hunting for them? Why doesn’t Touch ID work even when it is enabled? Overall this app really needs to be QAed well for user experience and sheer working functionality. It is not up to the mark for a service for which you are paying. Very disappointing experience. Also stop asking to share details with support@yupp. These are common issues everyone seems to be encountering and you guys need to step up your professional game and fix this without asking customers to contact you one by one.

App updates means, it should be more user friendly. But, after recent app update on TV using or changing channels are very tough and very slow too.

Skipping intro and pause doesn’t work!!

When I watch catch-up programs I was able to skip intro and pause the show anytime but don’t know what new fixes have been done, nothing works. Have to bear with the ads and intro. Please fix the issue. Thanks
