Too many ads as we upgrade frequency of ads increase

Even though it’s paid service it looks like free service with these many ads. Becoming worst. Will not renew next time if this continues.

Yupp tv cheated me.. they are not able to resolve the issue at all. Whenever you call technical support, they will say “ we just configure something in the server, pls turn off the device and turn it on”. This is the default response from the technical support team. Blurry in all channels for past 8 months and they are not able to resolve the issue at all. Since they put an agreement with one year with no refund option , am struggling to come out from yupp. YUPPTV CHEATING THE CUSTOMERS MONEY WITH ONE YEAR SUBSCRIPTION. Very bad customer service team ..
This is a slimy company don’t patronize them.

This company streams India tv channels legally but that is the only good thing I can say about them. They don’t allow you to subscribe or login and stream and watch like any of the other apps. They nickel and dime you for every device and charge you an arm and a leg. Their app design is to get around what Apple really wants developers to do. And boy do they have a number of ads. The blast you with so many ads which you can’t skip after paying a lot. I purchased a new Apple TV and I wanted to login using my existing account which is paid up for a year and they wanted to charge me an extra $3/mo or to move to and android device. Please don’t support this company. I don’t write reviews for most part but I obviously feel strongly about the unethical practices of this firm hence this long response.

Firstly I don’t understand why I have to pay premium for the streaming service and watch ads as well. No other streaming service shows ads after customers pay for the service. And then if you want to cancel the subscription you have to go through customer support and cancel. Why isn’t there an option online?? If you miss cancelling by even one day they won’t refund you back! Terrible service! Better alternative is Sling TV

Very good but the ad is crazy Every time u pause the movie there is a ad Sometimes it don’t even let you continue you just have to start the movie all over again

Whoever made the decision in the Yupp Company to place Ads for every tap in yt app is dumb and a cheapass. Customers pay for the yearly subscription but yet are being tortured by these Ads. Shame on these people, really a shame. Will not be subscribing again. I’d rather pay double the price to another company for less torture. Mark my words “this Company will be gone in 5 years”

I have been using it for a year now, the app has become more worse. You pay for the subscription and still there are ads before every movie. Understood if it is just once even you pause and play again ads. When there are sites like einthusan, and more movies being released on Amazon, YuppTV better pull their game up. As of now I am renewing it, done dealing with it.

When I open the app there’s a 30sec advertisement. When I change the channel 30sec advertisement. Customer service isn’t good. I paid premium so that means we can watch it without those adds. I fed with the commercials I quit with YuppTV. I’m not going to use it anymore.
