Poor support for Apple TV

I can’t play sound through airplay at all, there should be an option to turn on subtitles if needed, not force them. But no sound from connected speakers is a deal breaker for me, definitely not renewing.
Service degraded, less new movie title releases.

The service is degrading these days due to less new movie releases, they are unable to obtain copyrights for new movies. Pretty much delayed compared to other similar apps. New releases are delayed than before. Originally every Friday they had new releases recently it is taking almost a month.

Using yupp tv for the past 5 years. Was using channel live before. Because of their bad customer service we switched to yupp. Yupp has good customer service and have mostly resolved my issues immediately. Their service is good. One thing is they could bring back the star vijay and star channels. Local ads came inbetween and when I called and complained them they made it to stop and now I don’t get any ads in between. Their web series are also so cool. Good service.

Users of Yupp TV on Apple TV are now forced to pay additional fees of $2 per month in addition to the yearly subscription cost. This is ridiculously unfair push from Yupp TV to milk more money from its users. Discount your yearly charges for Apple TV users or don’t charge a separate subscription fee.
Nightmare to cancel subscriptions

I signed up for a 6 month package. Haven’t used the app for a while. When my subscription was about to expire, started getting these auto renewal notices. There is no option to cancel without reaching out to them 1) I never signed up for auto renewal 2) contacted user support to cancel auto renewal and it was a painful experience. Had to give multiple explanations on why I’m cancelling. 3) Now I’m getting these auto renewal emails again. It has been a nightmare to get the subscription cancelled. On top of it, there is no way to remove my credit card info from their system.

Please don’t take.If we are not satisfied with the service.when we take a 1 year service we are not able to cancel the subscription.They eat all our money
YuppTV is full of ads

Never expected a paid subscription to play an ad each time after you rewind, forward, pause. Worst experience!
