The recent addition of ads to iOS app is sick. You get to have us a subscribed service with additional ads. This would definitely loose you customers.

You have to wait for 30 sec each time to watch any channel. Even after paying so much money for subscription we need to be frustrated with ads. I don’t recommend to get subscription with yupp tv.
Upate crashed- unable to login

This is such a silly update. Even after login it gets me out after certain time and asks me login everytime. Now if I click sign in it doesnt pop the login page at all. There is no way I could watch tv from my phone now. This update totally deserves negative rating. Wasting my money on such crap tv app.

I tried to login but it throws error, did not let me login at all. One of the unstable and worst app I ever used. Jan 21, 2018: I tried again but the result is the same. It throws error - The form field ‘email’ was malformed: illegal form content... I was informed to remove the app, restart my phone and reinstall the app. I tried all but the result is the same bad error. When you guys asked me to do all these, did you fix the actual issue? Both the app and customer service is bad.

I cannot find my favorites channels and no provision to favorite a channel to access it quickly later.
Stop playing those irritating 30 seconds advertisements

YuppTV is a paid subscription, why the hell you guys get so greedy in making money by playing these 30 seconds adds without out a skip button at start of every video?
The owners only motto is to make money for themselves.

This company has NO CUSTOMER LOYALTY, the app is a piece of junk, they are only interested in making money for themselves. My humble request to all is to keep away from this sh*t.
