How am I supposed to update my area when the next button does nothing

Got the free five day trial it took about 1/4 of a movie and ads to realize how ridiculous the price is and how over pumped the app is with ads, thanks for the free five days, but I’ll be sure to cancel before I get charged, $65 and still over 3 minute long ads no thanks.

Rarely do my sports recordings work. I try to watch “key plays” and it just skips to a random part of the station it’s recording. Also it rarely lets me skip forward on these recordings, it will just jump to the beginning of the recording.

Overall positive experience with the app, does a smart job of recording shows and recommending like shows based on what you watch. Huge gripe in the fact that it’s a paid service and YouTube will not let you play in the background or minimize the app for multitasking

The app functions ok but periodically it jumps or loses its place fir no apparent reason. So expect to miss some chunks of the news or your favorite show once or twice a day

The selection of tv channels is surprisingly diverse. In terms of Live TV, there really isn’t that much of a loss when switching from a service provider to YouTube TV. However, I do have some complaints about YouTube TV. I wish YouTube TV had tennis channel as part of the subscription and I also wish it had a better UI. Some ways to fix this UI is by having voice search and offering a quick menu showing a list of favorite channels without having to press 5 buttons to get to my favorite channels. This would make the user experience better, and I would be more inclined to cut the cord. In the end, it’s a good service. If you don’t mind the UI navigation, it’s a good deal.

Using the YouTube TV app on an iPhone 12, content is slow to load, sometimes timing out, and users are required to watch ads or even empty space (some ads do not play depending on your local area) in between the minutes (!) waiting for content to stream. I worked with YouTube TV support who concluded they cannot (or will not) identify or correct the problem. Enter Hulu where streaming content loads immediately and has an ad-free option.

It’s 2022 and YouTube TV still does not support picture and picture. Every other major competitor in the market has enabled this basic feature.
