It's the equivalent of working out at a gym and having people cheer you along. Much better than strictly calorie counting. It has been encouraging variety and holding me accountable for the quality of the food I put into my body.

Great way to be motivated and inspired to log what i am eating and make better choices. alot easier and faster than traditional food logs. Plus, love the community connection.

Instead if annoying people on Instagram with food pics have them all here. Makes for great menu planning. I love how you can search for different ways of eating and see what others are eating.

I was bored of manually writing my food journal on paper. I wanted a method of food journaling with visual, communal, motivating, and fun aspects. YouFood was the answer! This app is so helpful...not only is it like an Instagram food journal by posting your meals, but you can see the organized days and even record your mood etc. The YouFood community is so kind & inspiring. You don't feel alone achieving your health goal!

Amazing app! I actually am so much more aware of what I'm eating. Bc of the app I have eaten more clean, whole foods bc I don't want to take a picture of junk food lol!

Its incredibly useful and free. Some edits here and there for better platform use would be fine, but its free so who cares. Im sure its good for making healthy 'munchies' too. ;)

I absolutely loved this app. I thought it was a fun and easy way to keep track of what I was eating. But after I logged out, I returned to the app with no way of logging onto my account. Maybe it is my phone, but is there a glitch in the app? Again, love YouFood just can't find a login.

Simple easy to use and something I see myself doing consistently. Not like calorie counting, but still the accountability of seeing what you are consuming. Good social aspects too. You can see what similar types of diets or athletes are eating.

I find logging my food in a traditional food diary way too tedious. This app helps me to eat more mindfully and the social aspect is really fun.
