I purchased an annual plan May 21', today i logged in to enhance a product video for my website and its asking me to purchase the premium to use certain features. I feel like I was ripped off, ive already paid you once, im not paying again when ive paid for the year. My apple subscription shows that this app is set to expire May 22'. Everything should've been working just fine.

I actually pay for premium ( for the year) and when I make a video it keeps saying I need to upgrade to premium… duhhh I’m already subscribed and paid for a whole year, I need a refund!! ASAP

Every month or so it says I need to pay and I don’t and it’s irritating. It doesn’t do a great job to begin with.I will never pay for this again!

I rate y’all 0 because y’all are liars I prescribe for the yearly feature and that feature supposed to let you use all the content for free for 7 days it only let me use the feature free one times . After the it telling me to Upgrade when I only just prescribed and I have 6 days left this why y’all are liars
Paid for Subscription and does not work! ?

I subscribed to this last month. After the trial period, I was charged for a full year. But after the trial period, the subscription doesn’t work. I see in my iTunes subscriptions that I am subscribed until November of 2022. Then in the app, I try to restore purchases, and it says there’s no subscription. So I try to re-purchase the subscription and it tells me I can’t because I already have a subscription!!! I haven’t changed my Apple ID, my iOS is up to date and the app is the latest version. I tried rebooting my phone and reinstalling the app. I had a video to do today and went to use this app and I can’t use it!!! Please fix or REFUND MY PURCHASE! I am so frustrated that I’ve spent these hours messing with this subscription and there’s no one to call to fix it.

Oh cmon man, what is this nonsense? Its asking me to reaubscribe, im paid up until aug 2022. So i cant even pay your hostage money, so i guess i have to switch apps? After i bought into uour whole eco system of apps for make up, photos and video? Unreliable scam
Paid subscription, but they locked me out

Loved the free trial so much, I paid for a year subscription. Even though I paid, I’m still limited to 15 seconds and have a watermark. Each time I click on the ad that says, “subscribe to get longer than 15 seconds” it takes me to a page that says I already have this subscription. They kept me on the free version but they kept my money! I have no way to access the subscription features. If they fix my problem I would love to give them 5 stars. The software is great. Please unlock my account.
