Defective app ! Doesn’t work

I changed my eye browns to be a little darker and it shows flashes of eye brows all over the screen. Lol this app so doesn’t work. I reached out to the developer , they are clueless too . Sad. They need to pull the app until they get it right .

I can tell this app has significant potential for being one of the most advanced apps available for editing videos, HOWEVER and this is a very big HOWEVER, the fact that the primary features do nothing more than display a loading screen, it’s usefulness is greatly curtailed to the point of being obsolete in comparison with other apps that actually makes its advertised features fully functional but again I do believe if this major oversight is rectified then it’d be better than the rest of the apps. That’s why I’m not giving it zero stars just yet but best believe I’ll be following up again so hopefully I’ll be happy with what I see at that time UPDATED REVIEW FOR DEVELOPERS: In response to your suggestions I have restarted my iPhone 12 Pro Max, and I made sure that it’s current in the recent updates; however it was all done to no avail. As suggested I then submitted feedback on the app itself through the settings and then I waited…for what? I’m not really sure what I expected to happen from that point but I’m still experiencing the same malfunction in the “makeup”, “hair”, and “looks” features. Whenever I choose the aforementioned options I inevitably end up staring at a never ending loading screen. The makeup opens up to the point of displaying the different options (un)available in this feature, but then it goes right into the loading status for each option attempted. I’m not going to zero out my review just yet, since it’s seems that someone is attempting to rectify the reported issues and errors that people are reporting, but I also haven’t seen anything that would merit a higher rating either so for now I’m keeping my two ⭐️ ⭐️ review with high expectations and hopes that I will see improvements to this app within a month or so.
