Gives my actual instructors a run for their money

I'm really impressed at how effective this app is. The Back Pain section is fantastic and has actually helped me with an injury that I've been working on for the past 4+ years. I feel like my actual age again!

Love this app!!

I lead a busy life and can’t make it to the studio as often as I would like. This app makes it easy to continue my practice at home!

An ok app

It look like an amazing app, it looks like it really has good workouts and I would love to use the app but I’m not paying 7 dollars for the app per week, it’s a free download but any workout you try to do you just pay 7 dollars! I hate when the app lies and tells you it’s free then it’s not, I won’t be using this app and if you don’t want to pay then you shouldn’t either!

Great for a busy Mom!

Love this app, especially the ability to create my own classes. I use it all the time!

Not worth $8 a month!!!

I bought this app because the yoga content after that was free. Now they are asking for more money to do the classes. It makes me mad that they would make me purchase twice. The content on here is NOT worth $8 a month.

New features

Daily weather checker

Didn’t like they there is a yearly fee but I understand that it’s needed for further app development. I’m not a huge fan of the new features, just not my thing. I think the original yoga version was just fine and suitable for beginner and advanced.

Excellent yoga app!!

This app is very useful. It keeps you healthy and reduces back pain. It is wonderful for me.

Perfect for me

If you’re looking for an app with thousands of different programs and different options, and a high subscription price, this is not it. Yoga studio is a simple app. There are plenty of programs for beginner, middle, and advanced users. In each one, there are flexibility, strengthening, relaxation, and combinations of those at every level. There are also some new programs that I haven’t explored. Those are divided into 15 minute, 30 minute, or even hour programs for some. Though I haven’t tried it, you can also develop your own programs. From my experience with using this and my wife using more expensive yoga apps, I can say the flow of poses makes much more sense with Yoga Studio. Other programs will have you standing, on the floor, standing, kneeling, back to standing, then on the floor again. They leave me wondering why they put the exercises in that order. Not so with this app. Poses flow naturally. One other thing I enjoy is that this program doesn’t seem rooted in chakras and connecting energies and stuff like that. It’s just exercises. I think there are some programs like that here, but I haven’t used them.

...well...

This app wouldn’t let me open any of the videos or anything else unless I was a member and I don’t have the money to buy that. Not worth it. Tbh.

Subscriptions Moving Into Everything

DelectableDelirium

I loved the original app. I purchased it outright when this came out a while ago and never regretted it. That being said, everyone and their mother is now moving on to subscriptions, and this app is no exception. I still have all the old stuff, but if I want to enjoy any of the new updates I have to pay a subscription. It’s disappointing. The whole reason I chose this app over others originally was that it was a one time fee rather than a subscription.
