The Sanskrit word 'yoga' means union or perfect awareness, and 'nidra' means sleep. In other words: Under guided instructions, you enter a state of deep relaxation with awareness, creating a unique and powerful state of consciousness that has beneficial applications. This app has three tracks of varying lengths, along with a choice of ambient sounds.

From the Home screen, choose any track according to your level of comfort and available time. From Settings, select an ambient sound, if you like. Click the Guide button for a quick introduction to yoga nidra and preparatory instructions.



All you have to do is lie down comfortably and listen to the simple instructions. You will be guided systematically into a state of deep physical, mental, and emotional relaxation with inner awareness.

This is a short practice suitable for anyone who would like a quick and gentle introduction to yoga nidra. You may use it when you are anxious or exhausted but short on time, to relax quickly in a stressful situation, to develop habitual relaxation, and to build your practice.

Track 02: Deep Relaxation (24:35)

This is a longer practice that takes you systematically through eight stages to a state of deep relaxation. You may use it regularly when you want the full experience, to clear your mind, to develop habitual relaxation and awareness, and to build your practice.

Track 03: Deep Healing and Energising (31:28)
(In-app purchase)



The longest practice, this takes you systematically through eight stages to a state of deep healing and energising. It visualises the seed syllables of the Sanskrit alphabet at the chakras, the psychic-energetic centres of the body—an authentic tantrik practice called 'matrka nyasa'. You may use it regularly to create deep healing and energising effects, for internal spiritual work, and to build your practice.

[ CONTRAINDICATIONS ]

- Use at your discretion if you face severe clinical depression or other challenging mental health conditions. However, it may help relieve mild conditions.
- Do not use while driving or operating machinery. You may fall asleep.

I love this yoga Nidra! The only change I would make is that the long introduction should be something you can turn off and not have to listen to over and over. Otherwise this is wonderful yoga Nidra.

I like the app and the fact I can use it online. I only care about the fact that my phone rang in the middle of it (with no sound) but I wasn’t able to proceed for. The point I was. It would be great if the user has the option to skip some time (for edge cases).

No clear indication that Only 10 minutes is free

İ was very excited to find this app. However, quickly disappointed that there wasnt any clear indication that you get abt 10 min free and the other 2 are for purchase. İ thought İ looked through it, read the description, a few reviews and sounded good and downloaded it. When i went back to see where this was indicated, i had to search for it. İts not in the description. Just above the screen pics of the diff themes and still doesnt catch your eye. İ find this deceptive. İ will erase the app!
