Performance went from funky to non functional...appears like ability to connect to WiFi is locked out in redundant loops for accesses to gps location ...cannot view videos from camcorder anymore...my guess is the whole product line is no longer supported.
Just downloaded again and....

Now the app doesn’t work at all. I downloaded it because it stopped connecting and I could not view videos on my phone. Now the app can’t find my location. What a waste

Cannot review footage nor can download and still wasnt no update for it to work! Bin like this for close to a year now... very unsatisfied.

On my Note8 I used to be able to download the videos without a problem ever since I switched to iOS I haven’t been able to download any of the videos from my dash cam.

I’m having issue on firmware update of my Yi Mirror Dashcam. Apps keep promoting me to update to CN version while my camera is On US firmware. Please assist me

At first I did like this app and was thinking what were other people complaining about. Now I know, it’s just a plain crappy made app. Trying to download and copy files when it’s almost done transferring then just cuts off. I shouldn’t have paid attention to the review of their camera. Because the hardware is useless if the software piece of junk.

The software works nowhere near as good as it did on my android. I’ve had different versions of the Samsung galaxy while having the same Dashcam and everything worked perfect. But since I changed to iPhone I noticed it does not work nearly as well. The live stream never loads, trying to pull up previous recording doesn’t load most of the time and if I am lucky enough to see a preview, trying to download it fails. Before realizing this, I bought the same identical dashcam for my daughter and she has the 8 plus. She experiences the same thing I do so there is definitely something wrong with this app compared to his android counterpart. I’m very disappointed, and I know I probably would not have changed phones or just bought a different dashcam, which I may still do if this does not improve.
