Useless the way it is..

Just got my camera and the camera works great and all but everything on the app is useless. I can’t view the live feed, I can’t view or save clips, and I can’t even change simple things like the name of my device. There is however a third party app where all of this works. All be it not great either, but it works. So the fact is we know it’s possible but for some reason the actual company that makes the device can’t get it working which is super annoying cause all this camera does is the same thing a camera half it’s price will do. If the app isn’t fixed before my return period ends I’ll have to be purchasing another unfortunately.

Can you please fix the issues with this app? I used the Android app and it’s flawless. I can’t get nothing to work with the current iOS app. Please resolve this! I love the dash cam just the app is bad :/

Unusable on iOS 13

I cannot set or control my dash cam on iOS 13. I had to find a device still on iOS 12 to set my camera up. I guess I’ll take advantage of Amazon’s free returns and get a different brand.

USE DRIDE APP FOR YI INSTEAD. THIS APP FORCES YOU TO PROVIDE YOUR LOCATION AT ALL TIMES TO FUNCTION. This never used to be the case, but something changed completely and has ruined an otherwise great experience with my dash cam. Don't trust the Chinese with your data.

Did you even try to do a little QA before releasing this pathetic piece of software out to the general market? Take a little pride in workmanship, for heaven’s sake.

I can’t get the app to load my videos onto the app. It’s super slow and it never connects... I have t been able to download anything to my phone.

Not support iOS 11 or higher versions
