I can never login

I have an iPhone 6 s I downloaded the app excited to ease the login process off of my phone browser. However every time I try to login it says I don't have Internet connection :-( have no problem with login from browsers both on phone and home computer. Yammer app won't do it. Bummer. Also no help line to ask for assistance without paying a fee. My brother has an iPhone 5 and it works fine. The app is great only on certain phones.

We use Yammer at Capella University for collaboration, and it is a great way to connect our faculty and staff all across the country on topics like innovation, diversity, and mentoring.
Can't log in with 2FA on Sprint

2FA ADFS authentication doesn't work on Sprint since you lose your internet connection when you get a phone call on Sprint. The app isn't smart enough to reconnect after hanging up. Can't login - can't use.
