I've used this app a couple of times. Sending very little money at a time. I've liked it so far. Since it's so little money.($100, $150, $250, up too $350 USD all at different times to México ) I don't think they need to check all my info. It's been so easy to send and pick up money, BUT the funny thing, the ad that I heard about this app. Said $4.99 all transaction. Which is not true. Since the More money you send the higher the fee. So that would be my only bad review about this. I mean, I'm fine paying the fee, but they said $4.99 but other than that. It's cool. I like this app so far.

Fast and easy to use! Very convenient and there’s several ways to send money and remit. App is very user friendly ! I rate this a 5/5.

The service is useless! I sent money to Mexico using my debit card only to find out I was charged twice! This is unacceptable. When speaking to a rep, all they said was they were unable to help me because it showed me only getting charged once. I had to email customer support and still they were no help. I now feel like I lost that money. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Guy, it takes more than 12 hours to complete my transactions to Banamex in Mexico. Please take care of that.

PayPal acquisition would have improved things but alas opposite is true. Recipient info and transaction info has been silently removed. It now routes to a landing page which is mini version of their site. This has to Impact their KPI but not sure if they know this. Product Manager' pay heed: rule # 1 of existing apps that people rely on: never remove user story functionality that your users are dependent upon especially if that results in loss of revenue
