This has been a great discovery! I use the app to send money to my country often. It's a fast and easy process. Also, they receive the money almost immediately. And I can also reload phones!!❤️

1st - its $7.99 way more expensive than others. 2nd - the exchange rate is the worst. Compared to other company. 3rd - it takes 2-4 business days. I sent mine by Wed and is expecting to have it by Mon, which is 5 days. 4th - Since its taking too long, I cancelled it. Guess what, it takes additional 2-4 days to get my money back. I ask costumer service to cancel the cancellation since I'll end up waiting for a week, but they said NO.... Use at your own risk. If you can go somewhere else, do it. This xoom is not fast and reliable at all.

Do not get Xoom, the worst app ever. Besides the $4.99 fee there is an additional charge of $$10 or more if you pay with your credit card and the worst thing is that you don't get it back at all . Be careful when using this .

Convenient and fast, rates not great

I guess the speed depends on your country and bank. I send money from US to Philippines and I get the money in my peso account in less than a minute; it's that instant! The mobile reloads are convenient too when I'm abroad. My only complaint is that the exchange rates are pretty bad. I understand they need to make profit, but they don't even fluctuate with the real rate. The peso has gone from 46.3 to 46.9 and the Xoom rate stays at 45.3-6. That could be done a little better, especially as they already charge a 4.99 fee for the transfer anyway. I lose almost $30 in exchange. If it wasn't for the instant availability, I'd probably choose another service. But the app itself works really well.

Web app is good . Support people are bad

Web app is good and interface is good. They don't let me to send money to an organization or business. That is bad . The support people are located in philippense. They are not fluent in English and very rude and arrogant. iPhone app is just fine . Not great

Super fast reliable transfer for a very small fee (4.99 for $200 dlls to Mexico). I was skeptical at first but now I am glad I used it and was not influence by other reviews, use with confidence. 5 stars for easiness, reliability and price. Highly recommended A++++

They take too long to just PROCESS the money. I sent money 6 days ago and they have not replied to me anything. My friends that used this app agree with me. They also stop using it because of the same thing that happened to me.
