Downloaded the app then it asks for security updates, tried using it, but my screen gets garbled and difficult to make anything out due to everything being so over sized and info on top of each other. Sad to say it got frustrating and when you click on a hotspot nothing happens your not connected. I give it two stars, one for developing the app and another for trying to give the buyer another option. Would have liked to give it a five star but sadly what was promised was not delivered.
Keeps asking to log in

Multiple times per day, the app demands I sign into my Xfinity account. No matter how many times I do it, it keeps forgetting. I have turned off notifications, and will uninstall the app if this isn’t fixed soon.

I am paying over$200 for crappy Service from Comcast Never works TV internet phone we don’t even use When I call for tech support they will just say 100000000 times thank you and confidently assure me they we fix my issue just to be transferred to someone else by the end They keep telling me “ I will assure you I will help you” they have NO knowledge at all they read from some hade book $210.89 every single month and I have to deal with people who know less then me And I no nothing about speed and internet connection except what I learn from trouble sooth when I was lucky to get someone from US I am so angry but I don’t have a choice Building where I live has just one provider THE WORST ONE

Did not work. I could not connect to the network and I tried everything that customer service told me to do. Very poor.
Comcast had horrible service!!!!!

The service and customer service with Comcast has to be some of the absolute worst!!! After looking on the internet, many of the companies that review/survey large businesses, continually rate Comcast at the bottom!!
