The port is amazing but could the devs please fix the way the audio works on IOS? When you turn all the channels to zero and even disable soldier speech the game will not let you play your own music/audio in the background. Now the Enemy Unknown soundtrack is amazing but its still an issue if turning the audio down still won't turn it 'off' per say.

When I got this game it was so fun at first then I noticed the operators can't aim at anything you will be 2 feet away from an alien and the your guy aims at the ceiling it makes me so angry when someone gets shot two times and doesn’t die.

This game is 100% worth the price. This is a must have game on iOS It is perfect for the iPad. This is my first review ever in 9 years so this must mean a lot.

Addictive and good story telling

If you played the original, or XCom 2 for the PC this will not disappoint. The story line for this is between XCom and XCom 2. If you have never played an XCom game before start here. The story in the game is very engaging

Best tactical strategy game - w/ some bugs

I grew up on XCOM, and this version is clearly a leap forward from the original. Brilliant execution. Two things...one, please port all of the XCOM games to iOS. 2. There is a bug in the multiplayer - if you pause a multiplayer game and attempt to return, it crashes. Please have a look, introducing the multiplayer was a fantastic upgrade...but there remain some bugs to iron out.

Too easy or too hard

Normal difficulty is too easy and I get bored one hitting everything to death. Put it on classic and it just becomes frustrating. The aliens can critically hit you from any angle and any distance while you, with a 98% hit expectancy miss every time. I cannot level up my characters because they die in one hit from across the map while in full cover! Too many video cut scenes. I want to play this game, not watch a plane fly back and fourth in three different cut scenes. Some cut scenes can be skipped while others cannot. I do not really care about getting saluted for giving a medal. Why can I not skip that cinematic?

Great game but SUPER BUGGY!

Constant issues, game freezes, have had to go back to old saves multiple times because of an error or the game refusing to trigger events REQUIRED by the level.

Critical bugs ruined port of great game

Some critical bugs ruined this port of one of the best games of all time. I frequently encountered bugs where I could not switch between guys or I could move or shoot. The bugs made it super frustrating and eventually unplayable and I finally gave up. It’s a shame because I played this game a ton on PC and it was one of my favorites. Do not buy this game until you see they’ve fixed these bugs (written 11/28/2019).
