the offers are expensive the less the price the more customers it attracts and I have one question can you make your products half the price ? please I want to get a greater deal out of your products . thanks Leena al mogahwi

بصراحة خدمتهم سيئة في السعودية ولا يردون على الاتصالات ولا عندهم المام بخدمة العملاء شريت من عندهم كرسي مساج ولا طلع معاه كتيب التعليمات واقول حق الموظف طيب عطني اي كتيب من نفس الموديل بطبعه من المكتبه وارجعه لكم ورفض الموظف وضليت اكثر من شهر ما استخدم الكرسي والسبب خدمتهم السيئة الى ان طقطقت عليه الى ان تعلمت كم شغله فيه

After buying a shaving machine from xite app they withdrew the amount of purchase from my account and now two weeks after the purchase nothing is delivered yet When I called customer service with the order number they informed me that they can’t track order numbers and the will contact the app sales team to contact me I called them now three time as nobody called back yet from the app sales team and every time I call they assure me I’ll be contacted I asked for a direct number for the app sales team they informed me that that team won’t except customers calls

Really it’s very bad quality of product and customer services had been received from your side , I had ordered 2 orders , first order received in very bad quality , and 5 days trying to contact you thru Mails , phone number , messenger , and still there is no any reply , finally some one answered my call, and he will report it to the responsible person to contact me , and that great , for the second order not yet received, ordered date jun 30, should be delivered within 48 hours but unfortunately just received call yesterday from the driver and he were not able to deliver to Salwa area instead of salmiya area , knowing that the location I saved according to the delivery time they mentioned, but it’s ok and I didn’t complain, and he promised to deliver today, but no call ,and when I called him back , he answered me that may be some one else will deliver the order today or tomorrow and he don’t know, so I called the hot line and get surprised when he informed me that order cancelled from their side today morning and they will not deliver it at all, Knowing that they get completed payment , for both order and I didn’t received what I ordered , there is no any reason to canceled my order with get confirmation from my side , going forward, am not going to accept that and I will follow the legal way to get my rights the way that make me comfortable ( Complaine #101008933). Wish some one to read that review and show some care about your customers paying your salary end of the month
