Terrible OS , everything takes an eternity to load. Terrible customer service. Needs a look into it and needs a better update

التطبيق جداً فوضوي و غير مرتب. أنا أدخل التطبيق فقط لرؤية الأسعار إذ أني لا أثق بهكذا فوضة للدفع، و مع أني فقط أدخل لرؤية الأسعار فأنا أعاني بشدة و أطلب من المبرمجين أن يطوروا من التصميم.

I couldn’t open the app it kept crashing as soon as I open it update: I deleted then reinstalled the app and it works now!

I love this app and it’s work is excellent but the delivery is not fast Ok so the story is that I live in Kuwait I ordered a AC and it came after 2 to 1 weeks The customer service is soo bad The story about the bad customer service is that my father called the company 9 times and no one picked up Note: Please Take care of this

Nil stock, obsolete, late delivery, returns are awful, no special customer( no matter how much you buy!) and above that all , no information about product, like spare parts ect...!

I didn’t get my item for more than two weeks and when I asked for a refund they said it takes two weeks to get your money back
