Even when the lock down happened in kuwait xcite never disappointed me! Amazing customer service and always everything is available and great offers! Including the fast 4 hour delivery and very kind and sweet delivery people.
Was forced to update and now it crashes

The last update was forced either update or you can’t use the app. And now it crashes every-time i open it i can browse anymore! Terrible update fix it!

- التطبيق يتوقف كثيرا يعني يعلق . - لا يوجد ميزة العوده للصفحه السابقه . - المعلومات و الصور عن المنتجات غير كافيه وجودتها ضعيفه . - أسعار غاليه مقارنه بمحلات التجزئه . - تصنيفات السلع ضعيفه في الموقع وتحتاج للبحث طويلا حتى تجد ما تريده .

The app is so slow and it’s lagging most of the time, it’s latterly the worst app I have ever used because it’s so slow.

اغلب المنتجات لايتوفر بلموقع ولكا تطلب انه استلام من المحل اهمال بشكل موطبيعي لازم انته تركض وراهم تشوف وين القطعة موجودة و تروح الفرع يقولك ماوصلي شى ياريت يكون فقط منتجات اللي متوفر بلاون لاين يكونون عارضينه
