The app is great.. The online store is good.. But what happen to CASH ON DELIVERY OPTION? Why is it removed from the payment option??

Why this app is not updated on regular basis, most of the items are out of stock or discontinued. Xcite is wasting money for advertising products that is out of stock, so very disappointed.
