Won't connect to xbox live account

I use the same email for my xbox one and smart glass. It connects to a user that has no settings or info, as if I made a new account. Worthless aside from the remote feature. Even then, it doesn't always convert the text screens to the mobile device text keypad.

This app is perfect for Xbox owners messaging their friends while away from their Xbox or watching their captures, I would suggest adding the community tab so I can view my friends videos from a far

Once again Xbox has proven to exceed expectations set by other gaming apps. The app is easy to use and connects quickly and effortlessly. I appreciate all of the updates to make our experience more fun and adapts to the market without issues. Keep it up Microsoft!

Very neat and well put together app. But the ability to update/change profile info or mottos would be nice and also the ability to share to fb or Twitter like ps4 can would be super awesome.
Can't use different accounts on 1 email

This is so dumb. Yes, it works but I have two accounts synced to 1 email; but I'm stuck on my 360 account and I can't go to my Xbox one account. Like, why??? And I can't shift to my Xbox one account. So I'm just gonna delete this catastrophe.
