Can't use different accounts on 1 email – Xbox Review

This is so dumb. Yes, it works but I have two accounts synced to 1 email; but I'm stuck on my 360 account and I can't go to my Xbox one account. Like, why??? And I can't shift to my Xbox one account. So I'm just gonna delete this catastrophe.
