Needs improvements

The app does its job but it is very inferior to the computer version and needs lots of improvements. Here are some that I can think of off the top of my head: 1) There is no game selection. In the app version, you can’t choose which table to join. Instead of showing a list of tables you can enter, the app requires you to chose which stakes you want to play and then puts you in a random table. You wont even be able to choose the seat. In addition, it will frequently put you in an empty table, make you wait until another player joins, and then make you play heads up. 2) The way they display the pot size when a player goes all in is very odd. For example, when a player A goes all in for $10 into a pot of $10 and player B has only $2 left, it will say that the pot is $20 for Player B when in reality player B can only win $2 of the player A’s $10 allin. And if Player B makes the call in above example, there will be a $14 “main pot” for Player B, and then $8 “side pot” for Player A lol 3) Even though I am consistently being active and pressing the check/call/fold/raise buttons, the app keeps popping out a message saying “In 60 seconds you will be logged off due to inactivity.” This is not a big deal but it doesn’t make sense and it is annoying. 4) The app needs to be played in landscape mode which is perfectly fine, but when the phone’s rotation lock is turned on, the app will not let you play until the rotation lock is turned off. I find this extremely annoying when I want to play while I am laying down.

Went out of town for a couple of weeks. Signed up for new interstate games. Deleted old app and downloaded new Nevada version. Made a deposit today when I got back in town and now the app won’t load. What’s up?

not sure why hasnt been investigated and shut down. Not random. False advertising. Really bad custimer service. ****Beware if new scam**** Blast poker- they keep half of all entry fees. random payout always lands on minimum therefore only paying half of entry fees. funny how they always win.
WEAK!
What's the purpose?
Connecting when app is already connected in the middle of a hand, keeps saying ‘will lose seat for no activity’ in the middle of a hand, something always popping up in play and it’s annoying. This app is a piece of s***! Makes me feel that it’s rigged because I’m always active, but something pops up mid play saying I’m not. Oh, and lost a Flush hand to a straight. How is that possible?

Spent over an hour trying to register, get the app to recognize the tokens. If it takes this much work, it's not worth it.

The app is great and all, but I would be 100% satisfied if we had the option to choose the table we want like on a computer. Sometimes tables are full and I'm put on a table by myself. So it'd be nice to see all tables and have the ability to join a waiting list, instead of having to leave the table you're put in and joining a game over and over in hopes that a spot is available at a table with more players. Other than that, I can't think of any complaints. Everything runs well!

So I am pretty picky when it comes to apps that I actually use on my phone but WSOP Mobile is an app that I use all the time. I am a full time poker player and this is a nice addition to have. When I don't feel like heading down to the strip or pulling out my laptop, I can just pop open this app and be ready to play. The app had great design, layout, simple and easy to use. Keep up the great work. Only thing that I would recommend is to let the player pick the tables. Also let the player pick between Texas Holdem and Omaha like on the computer. Other than that, keep up the good work.

Can't play! It's just a blank screen! What kind of nonsense is this with a site like this, where money is involved? Frustrating! Update APP!!!!!!!!
