Added some neat new features with the new update, but also changed things that didn’t need changing. Can it save our username and password again? Why can you now scroll up and down on the table to move it? And why does it randomly ask me if I’m still there?

You won’t be able to log in

No point downloading because it has a glitch where you can’t log in. Email customer service and they refuse to respond. Call them and there’s an hour plus wait time. Useless!

Scam. stay away.

I been playing occasionally for 3 months and up $150. But just recently I’m not able to log in. I try to reset my password but they said I don’t even have an account. Tech support has not contacted me even after I sent a request. Now I’m out my initial deposit and the money I made. DO NOT USE THIS APP. It’s a total scam!

Doesn’t even let me log in. Stays stuck on the location screen. Pretty frustrating when you have money on it and can’t access it.

Watch out! They will make 2 withdrawals via ACH in a heartbeat but make it neary impossible to get it back.

Ever since multi state came, the software feels rigged and half the players in the tourneys seem like typical ai. Not really fun anymore

I’ve had more bad beats playing this app since the new download than I have in 30 years of playing poker including the previous version. Now that could just be bad luck. But there are also a lot of bugs that need to be fixed. I keep getting told that I’m going to get logged off for I get a pop off that wants me to push I am back when I’ve been praying constantly. Unlike the previous version my screen wants to go dark according to the time I have set for my screen lock. Where is the rebuy tournaments used to in the rebuy period at the same time as the break and at the same time as the late entry now it seems they do it at about 45 minutes after the hour taking a five-minute break to do it or longer depending on how long you have to wait for the tables to finish and then you take another break at 55 which means you may come back and play for two minutes and then have another break. I hope they fix all this I am put it on WSOP since they launched the site.
