Does not work, bugs are so bad

First off you cannot select games to play, then there are countless bugs. Can’t even display the full table on an iPad. Literally part of the table is not visible. They should have their gaming license revoked. This is a real money app. Apple should have better quality management

If you have a good hand the other person has a better hand. AA loses 97% of the time, pockets are jokes. This game goes on action meaning you will see pairs in the board with draws constantly. A fake money game has more realistic cars play. Sad WSOP. You are jokes!

Never been beaten in a river so much in my life the gaming board or whomever is in charge needs to take a look into this it’s almost like its pre determined who’s gonna win !!! We need to start a class action suit once again recockulous don’t waste your time or money please

The worst. Hopefully they close along with the rest of Caesar’s after the takeover is completed. Shows how out of touch a company like caesars is. How do you make poker so boring? That takes skill!

I live in Las Vegas and Strongly recommend you stay away from this disgusting site. There is Nothing random about their Random Number Generator (RNG) Zero percentages are involved, made hands almost never hold up. The worse the call, the better chance you have of winning the hand. The computer program reads all cards in play and decides at that time what the next card is to come. It should be predetermined. Honestly it’s an Absolute Joke. You can get a fairer game in a back alley. Stay away. WSOP you have lost 1,000’s of players not because of your design but because of your RNG. Change this and you will see at least a 30% - 50% increase in players coming back. The more players, The more money you make!!

This app is hot garbage on the iPad. I’m not going to rant about bad beats, because that doesn’t seem to really be an issue more than any live poker I’ve played in. I think those reviews should be taken with a huge grain of salt. There are however a lot of bugs that make it highly annoying to play at best, and unusable at worst. Here’s my experience: 1). Every 8 minutes and 45 seconds (I’ve timed it a bunch of times) an inactivity window pops up giving you 60 seconds to click ok or you get booted and have to relog. It doesn’t matter if you were just active 10 seconds ago. This becomes very annoying very quickly. Please fix this! 2). If the inactivity window pops up just before a tournament or game screen loads, it gets hidden in the background and you can’t click ok so you get logged off after 60 seconds. 3). Every now and then the software loses the ability to detect your location while playing and it can be difficult to relog. This can be very bad if you’re in an important hand. 4). The pre turn check boxes (eg. fold, call any, etc) don’t respond about 10% of the time. You’ll hear them click as though it registered but it doesn’t check the box. 5). A chat box wouldn’t fit on the screen for an iPad? Clicking a button for a popup isn’t great and it seems like there’s enough room for it. 6). Why can’t you see all of the cash games available via a list like you can on PC? You can only move sliders to pick one game and it will put you at a table with 1 or no people in most cases. I want to be able to join a waiting list at a full table. Does this app work ok most of the time? Sure, but all of these problems really make it tedious to want to play on the app. When was the last time an update was done? I downloaded this about 8 months ago and not 1 update has been released in that time. This app really gives a bad name to wsop and they should take it more seriously. Please, please fix these issues.

I download and deposit money. Then it tells me I can’t play for money based on where I live. Now I can’t get my deposit back. This app should be booted!!!! A complete rip off!!!
