Loving the story and characters so far, but the framerate on both iPhone and Mac is really bad, and the response time for jumps makes platforming really annoying.

I’ve only played the beginning bit of the game and I’ve enjoyed every second of it other than the frame rate drop that happens every little while but it goes away so fast it’s not really a problem, art styles really cute and it seems to be setting up an interesting story so...we’ll see...

The developers have stated this game is incomplete and the story ends on a cliffhanger. It is not wise to download this game right now, as they said in 2021 a switch version will release with a completed version of the game. I assume the same will happen to this version on iOS at the same time, with the unreleased content updated in. Until such time, I advise you not to bother with this game. If this required payment, I would have felt ripped off. Is THAT why this is a Apple Arcade exclusive for a limited time and it was released without ANY buildup? ?

If you want to click through 10,000 dialogue boxes this is for you. Of not I would pass. There's maybe 10 characters and they each have to have a moment to react to everything that happens. I only got through the first stage before I couldn't take it anymore. If there waspre playing than story breaks I could have really enjoyed it.

The first major Uchikoshi-san and Kodaka-san collaboration is here! Wish the Apple Arcade version was the full story at launch but I get why it’s not. The platforming feels clunky at first but as they add more mechanics the gameplay becomes better. Just be sure you’re here for the story and not gameplay, and be ready for some twists!

Honestly? I’m not too sure if I’ll want to play the full version on switch when it comes out next year. The controls felt awful and the story felt unfleshed out as did the characters. The beginning was cool but they lost the appeal without that murder game aspect. Camp portions felt boring and didn’t add much at all to the relationship the MC has with the characters. The difficulty meter was always so timid and easy, even with the one hit kill attacks. I got Apple Arcade to play this game and it was NOT worth it. Just wait for the switch version that will supposedly be the complete version.

It’s full of cliche character archetypes, very little gameplay and mostly clicking through text. But despite its flaws, its managed to keep my attention, you get to see those characters become more and more interesting and at the end, you end up loving them all. The voice acting is fantastic for what the characters are, it’s a weeb game for weebs and if you’re not an anime fan you’re not gonna be very engaged. You have to accept its a VN and that’s its for Japanese media fanatics.
