Great app! Easy to use. Can chose a warm up or not. Can choose what you want to work on plus at what level. Love the demonstration of each exercise beforehand to help make sure it is done properly. I can tell this will be easy to stick to and not quit.

There are several things I really like about this app. If I have just 5 minutes I can do a few exercises to help recharge myself - I don't always have time for a full 20-30 minute workout. I like the video tutorial. It's easier for me to follow along than photos alone. I like the variety of exercises along with different levels to choose in each category. I have been trying to improve my exercise habits and routine and I think this has great potential for reaching that goal.

You got to try this. I haven't worked out for years. This has got me motivated to get back in shape. It is easy to get started and it will grow as you get more fit.
