Intense for me, a 70 year old, but doable, especially with rest periods between each exercise. 5 or 25 minutes at different levels......your choice. Instructors are excellent and always smiling which is helpful. Shoulder rotations and push-ups will take me longer due to past shoulder injury. Exercise anywhere, anytime......love it!

This app is fantastic. Great follow along videos. Energetic soundtrack. Motivating encouragement from Dr. K. And the onscreen countdown for each exercise helps me hang in there until the end of each segment. I wouldn't say it's easy, because I'm sweating by the end of 5 minutes. But what a great total body workout. A really nice feature is the ability to tailor the workout to your personal goals and fitness level. I've tried other fitness apps like the 7-minute workouts and others, but this one lets me design the best workout for my situation. This app is a keeper.

Did my first five minute workout and it felt terrific!!! This app is excellent in that the workouts only take five minutes and can be fit in a very tight schedule.

So clear, so easy to follow. Even at 71, I can do this! And it’s the perfect travel companion. On a cruise ship? Waiting for your plane to take off? Been sitting too long on that beautiful Caribbean beach? Whip out your iPhone or iPad and get exercising. Love it!

With limited time, this is just what I need. I can focus on something, really sweat, and feel like I got something accomplished. Would love to see a diet plan synch with this or a tip of the day when it comes to intake. Great app...a steal for the price.

An easy-to-fillow yet challenging workout app that truly fits in your pocket. Three taps and you're on your way. 5, 10, 15 or 20 minutes later, you're done. I love this routine and even more, how simple it is to make it a daily habit. Bravo!!!
