Great potential – Workout for Water: Dr. Designed Fitness In Minutes Review

There are several things I really like about this app. If I have just 5 minutes I can do a few exercises to help recharge myself - I don't always have time for a full 20-30 minute workout. I like the video tutorial. It's easier for me to follow along than photos alone. I like the variety of exercises along with different levels to choose in each category. I have been trying to improve my exercise habits and routine and I think this has great potential for reaching that goal.
