I use this app a lot. I like adding these challenging 5 minutes to my fitness regime. But I was also coming back to get the blue line that moved up towards the top on feeding the dragon. I never got there

I used to not workout when traveling and staying in hotels. No excuse left anymore. Awesome set of exercises. Simple and yet so effective.

So terrific to have everything I need to exercise so readily available at my fingertips when I have five minutes. And the exercises are customized for me! How great is that?!

I am a firm believer in Dr. K's exercise philosophy. The workout is sound, but the instructions went by so fast, it was sometimes confusing. Naturally that will not be an issue after I do them a few times.

I am a stay at home mom with 4 kids. I am thin but wanted to tone my body & strength my core to help with back problems. I briskly walk at least a half hour 6 days a week. I thought I was in decent shape but holy cow! After the first 45 second exercise muscles were burning that I didn't know I had!!! Wow!!! What a great app. I love the cute little dragon that I get to watch grow stronger as I do. So excited to continue using this program!

Gets you sweating fast. The encouraging words and music could be better, but a good fast way to squeeze in some exercise.

I've tried a lot of these and this is the only one I've stuck with. Love its flexibility in creating the workout. I have especially seen results from the posture series of exercises which make a big difference in my appearance as I try to lose weight.

Love this app! Gets to the point, gets me up & moving, gets me going first thing in the am! Feels like I've done something good for my body in a short amount of time that fits into my schedule! Exercises & times vary so I'm never bored, love that it shows how to sit the exercises & times them differently every time. I share this with anyone who wants a quick workout hat works! Something about feeding the dragon is fun too!!
