Very flexible application with support for the vast majority of use cases. I really like that I can do full blown github login or just an ssh key. Developer is also very friendly and responsive to feedback ? One thing, I wish is the code was open source but I understand why it’s not. Alternatively I wish it had some kind of third party security audit. I know Apple does their due diligence but given the level of sensitivity having write access to git repos (e.g. deploy on push etc) in lieu of open source code a third party security audit for each major release would be nice to see.

I never thought that I’d be able to use git on my phone. I use it to modify and sync my journal between computers, and it works exactly as git on my computer.

So useful for seeing what’s been going on with my repos. Surprising amount of functionality built in. Well worth the upgrade price to Pro. Highly recommended!

As with anything related to Git, Working Copy does take some getting used to. However, once you get there it is absolute worth every penny. I use it on an almost daily basis and have nothing but good things to say about. You do need the pro version for things to be fully functional, so find some time where you think you will use those feature and sign up for the trial. I use Textastic to write in, and the two play well together.
What should iOS 12.x.x’s users do?

Why doesn’t release update for lower iOS version? I have iPad mini 3 that has iOS 12.4.6 . I’m worry about the time that Working Copy removes from my iPad. Then I can’t use it anymore.

I think the usefulness of this app is highly understated. I do a lot of writing and documentation in markdown and this app lets me work with my repos, compose markdown and preview all in one place. I use it for scripting as well, and absolutely love it. It’s not just for git!! Keep up the great work.
Just what I need

I want to browse code on my phone with intuitive navigation, recent files, and good find capabilities. This does that and tons more. Developer is also ultra responsive which makes purchasing a license a no brainier.
