What should iOS 12.x.x’s users do? – Working Copy - Git client Review

Why doesn’t release update for lower iOS version? I have iPad mini 3 that has iOS 12.4.6 . I’m worry about the time that Working Copy removes from my iPad. Then I can’t use it anymore.
